Longer production times are highly likely during the holidays, at least until Nugget and Gryff develop opposable thumbs and really advanced motor skills. We'll note extended processing times on the home page.
If you need your order by a certain date, email email@example.com before ordering or leave the date in the order notes at checkout. I'll let you know if it's expected to arrive in time.
US orders are shipped via USPS. It takes about 3-5 business days to get from TTR HQ in Chicago to you.
International shipping can take three weeks or longer. TTR isn't responsible for customs delays, customs fees, VAT, or any of that fun stuff.
TTR isn't responsible for items that are lost or damaged by the postal service.

You'll pay return shipping to TTR HQ in Chicago, and we'll obviously be limited by what designs, sizes, and styles we still have in stock. I mean I'm pretty good, but I'm not "make stuff I don't have" good.

To be eligible for an exchange, items must be in their original unworn, unwashed, undamaged condition. Custom orders aren't eligible for exchanges.
